My family origins center around Portglenone and Belfast, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland, with a slight touch of Scotland and an even smaller touch of Sweden.
We really don't know much about some of my ancestors, but what we do know is told in their biographies. Most of what we know is from my father's side. We know very little about my mother's family, Everything we know is presented in an ahnentafel. The ahnentafel and the biographies will be updated as frequently as new information is uncovered. The ahnentafel will also function as links to the individual biographies.
By the way, if your not sure what an Ahnentafel is or how to read one, it would be advantageous to read the brief explanation on the What is an Ahnentafel page.
Unfortunately, there are some blanks in what we know. With a lot of work and a lot more good luck the blanks will go away. Until that time, we can only work with what little we know. But, we do have random bits of data that we don't know exactly what to do with. We also have a group of collateral relatives that are descendant from the brother of a direct-line ancestor. Look them over. If you know anything about them, please, contact me.
Hopefully, as you review my ancestry, you will make a connection. But, if not, thanks for visiting with them. Come back again. You never know when data will be added which could make that elusive connection.
