I am looking for information regarding my great grandmother, Mary Jane McCartney. Mary Jane married Samuel Darragh in Ballymena, County Antrim, Nothern Ireland, on 17 June 1868. They had two children: John, born in Dover, England, on 2 January 1870, and Samuel, born in Scotland.

Mary Jane is shown as a widow, formerly McKay. Mary Jane is likely to have a sister - Selina - who married a " Brown " and lived in the Shankhill in Belfast - Derry Street.

Mary Jane's father was a John McCartney - occupation Shoemaker - lived in Ballymena, Co Antrim at the time of the wedding.
